Who I am?

Well, mostly, I am just an average guy like many of you: I live in the suburban area of Budapest with my wife and dog. I am an economist by degree, a leader by profession, and an engineer by heart. I like building things and it gives me joy to watch them work.

What do I do now?

Currently, I am Head of Solution Engineering at Innoveo. In general, me and my small team enable non-technical people to build applications best to their knowledge.

In recent years, I focused more on leadership and how to help our team members bring the max out from their self, prior I was designing insurance applications all around the world. These days, I started to focus more on engineering.

What do I believe in?

From leading people, I believe that the true measurement of the leader is how many people grow within his team.

From application design, I believe in the machine works, the creator rests.

From a life perspective, I strongly believe in communication and discussing different views. I am a self-appointed storyteller and used to be a competitive debater.
